All apples are visually checked in the course of our acceptance-of- produce procedures.

Storing

We store our apples under a controlled atmosphere with the aid of ULO and DCA technology (= a dynamic controlled atmosphere during storage).

Sorting

Using our modern sorting facility, we are able to calibrate the apples we source from our suppliers in accordance with our customers’ preferred choice of quality and size.

Packaging

Thanks to our two-shift system we are able to package up to 165 tonnes of apples per day on our packaging lines.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

Fruit is only dispatched from the Kröpfl fruit trading company once it has been carefully checked for inner quality before and after sorting.
